2. Membership & Bookings
Memberships, class packages, and recovery sessions must be paid in full before access is granted.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for rule violations or misconduct.

3. Facility Rules & Safety
All members and guests must follow staff instructions, safety protocols, and gym etiquette.
Prime Studios + Recovery is not responsible for personal injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
We are not liable for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available for temporary use.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class cancellations must be made at least [X] hours in advance to avoid fees.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a penalty or forfeited session.
Refunds for unused services are granted at our discretion.

5. Liability Waiver
