About the class
Our Gi program focuses on developing strong fundamentals and practical techniques for all skill levels. Each one-hour class includes a structured warm-up, situational sparring, and detailed lessons to refine your game. After class, you have the option to stay for an additional hour of open sparring to test your skills in a live setting. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our program is designed to help you improve and grow on the mats. Follow these steps to prepare for class: 1. Wear Proper Gear – Gi top and pants in any color and design, with your ranked belt. Rental gis and belts are available at the space. 2. Stay Clean – Shower, trim nails, and wear fresh training gear. 3. Hydrate & Eat Smart – Drink water and have a light snack 30-60 mins before class. 4. Arrive Early – Stretch, check in, and get ready. 5. Train Smart – Listen, respect partners, and focus on learning.
